    After doing much research, I ordered Capsiplex. It said it only had a minimal amount of cafeinne, but it was enough to make me feel nervous and anxious. Even when I was doing something, the feeling persisted. Also, the label does not show the amount of each ingredient, which should have warned me not to take it. With the exception of the jittery feeling, it was a placebo for me. I didn't lose an ounce. In fact, I GAINED about 4 lbs. For the price and the hype, I expected so much more. I've gone back to Super Hoodia 2000, and lost 10 pounds in less than 2 wks. The price is right, and it works! Don't waste your money on this product.

    I started taking capsiplex about six months ago and have been very pleased with the results. I found that my appetite was reduced, and seemingly no unpleasant side effects apart from some initial heartburn if I didn't take it with food.
    I have struggled my entire adult life with weight issues and now nearing 50 the spare tyre around my middle was beginning to take on a life of its own. I eat a reasonably good diet, run 60 km a week but my waist was just getting bigger and bigger. Although I still retain a muffin top I feel that capsiplex has definately helped me to loose some excess inches. As with all things in life its not a miracle product but definately worth trying. I will continue to take this supplement daily.

    It really works however; and since I'm not doing exercises so I have to take it before breakfast as instructed, which caused me a Piles because my breakfast consists of a coffee that's the only disadvantage I faced
